CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations must be cancelled 3 days in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged.

If the date of your stay is within 3 days of making your booking, The Windsor Hotel will charge your credit card with the cost of one night as a deposit. If the booking is cancelled within 3 days of your arrival, The Windsor Hotel will charge your credit card with the total cost of the booking.
For all other bookings, the total cost is also charged by the hotel to your credit card if a cancellation is made within 3 days of your arrival date.
Other Information
The hotel premises are entirely non-smoking and should you smoke in the room an additional 75 GBP will be charged to cover extra cleaning requirements.
The management of The Windsor Hotel reserve the right to charge for any damage, loss or breakages. Any additional charges incurred after check-out will be charged by The Windsor Hotel on the credit card used to settle the bill.
The hotel does not accept pets, with the only exception being guide dogs.

The Windsor is located within a Grade I listed building over 6 floors and has been restored as closely as possible to its original state. Having been refurbished to the highest standard it retains many of the original features of the late Georgian and early Victorian period. Unfortunately because of the building's listed status, a lift is not possible.
Being a 5 minute walk from the city centre The Windsor is ideally located away from the noise of the city centre but conveniently close enough to walk throughout this world heritage city. The Windsor is an elegant townhouse centrally located in the beautiful city of Bath, with 10 individually designed en suite rooms. The entire premises is non-smoking.

Directions/Transport
By Car
From the East and North
exit the m4 at Junction 18. Follow the a46 towards Bath. After about 12 km take the a4 in towards the city for about 1.5km where you should turn left into the a36 towards Warminster. Drive about 500m until you reach a mini roundabout, turn right and take the next filter lane on the right which takes you into Great Pulteney street. The Hotel is in the third block on your left at number 69.
From the South
approach the City on the A36 and following signs for London and the M4. As you approach the city you will come to a mini roundabout with a park on yout left hand side. Take the left turning and drive for about 150m and turn right in the filter lane and you will be entering Great Pulteney Street.
From the West
Take the A36 (lower Bristol Road)heading into the city. Continue to follow the signs for London, Warminster and the M4. Pass under the railway by Bath Spa station. Continue on the A36 and you will pass under the railway again. Once you have passed the Ayrlington and County Hotels on your left turn left at the roundabout and follow the road into Great Pulteney Street. Turn left and we are the second block on your left.
