Hotel Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations must be cancelled 1 day in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged.

The cancellation policy may vary per room type; please check the room description as well.
COMMENTS: The hotel does not accept children under 16 years old.

The hotel does not accept group bookings of more than 2 people.

Stag or Hen night parties are also not accepted.

There is a welcoming warm atmosphere that greets guests as they enter Trelawney, and the proprietors Graham and Mary are there to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The hotel has regular English Tourist Council inspections, resulting in a high 4-star guest accommodation rating. In order to maintain the high standards of cleanliness employed by Trelawney, and for the comfort of all our guests, we operate a strict non-smoking policy throughout.

Trelawney Hotel is only 300 metres from Torquay's sea front and non- smoking throughout. Trelawney is only 75 metres from the Riviera Conference centre.
