Hotel Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations must be cancelled 3 days in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged.

The cancellation policy may vary per room type; please check the room description as well.
COMMENTS: Cancellations must be made with 72 hours notice, otherwise a charge of one night's stay will be debited from your card. We have a no smoking policy. Photo id is required on arrival. We do not accept cheques. Companies must notify us in advance if settling a bill for guests. Thank you!

The Star Hotel is a comfortable, convenient, clean and affordable bed and breakfast in West London, situated 15 minutes away from the centre of London and easily accessible from Heathrow Airport. The bbc television centre and the Olympia exhibition centre are both in the vicinity. Within 10 minutes walking distance are the Hammersmith Apollo, the Lyric Hammersmith and the Shepherds Bush Empire venue. Directions/Transport

If traveling by car please note that daytime parking is limited to the side-roads of the hotel. A parking permit is required from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday at 1.40 per hour. From the m4, follow till it ends staying to the left hand side. This will lead onto Hammersmith roundabout. Take the second turning for Shepherds Bush Road and in 500 metres you will reach us on the right hand side. The nearest Underground station to the hotel is Hammersmith station, which is a 5-10 minute walk. You can use the Piccadilly line (blue), the District line (green) or the Hammersmith & City line (pink).
