CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations must be cancelled 3 days in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged.

The cancellation policy may vary per room type; please check the room description as well.
COMMENTS: A credit card is required as a guarantee. If the booking is cancelled outside of the cancellation notice period, your credit card will be charged with the full amount of the booking. Conference/exhibition dates may be for longer than 2/3 nights phone us for Exhibition dates.

We have an English Tourism Council 4-Star Classification and are centrally located, a few minutes from the International Conference Centre and a short stroll from the town centre, bus and train stations. Outside the hotel, within the quiet street, there are plenty of parking spaces for your car. The rooms, most with en suites, are decorated to a very high standard, each with controllable central heating, a remote control colour TVs, direct dial telephone with laptop internet access, a hairdryer, alarm clock radio, tea, coffee, beverage welcome tray, and complimentary toiletries. The hotel is accessible at all times.

Directions/Transport

To find us, follow the Harrogate town centre signs, then Conference Centre sign until you reach a t junction next to the conference centre, turn left, this is Kings Road. After passing the conference centre on Kings Road, you will travel through traffic lights, Studley Road is the next road on the right. We have an illuminated outside sign at our door signed Sherwood.
