We have a ground floor twin or super king premier room (on request), guest lounge and dining area with easy access for those with mobility difficulties. All rooms have been refurbished and are of a high standard.
Check-in is between 15:00 and 22:00. Please advise us of late arrivals.

Our guest house was built in 1883 It retains some of the Victorian character and all rooms have been redecorated to a high standard.

Directions/Transport
By train/bus:
You will arrive in the travel interchange by coach or train. Taxi fare approx £4.50 (5 minutes) or there are buses 1a or 1b Transdex yellow bus service to Boscombe Crescent . The hotel is in the road directly opposite the bus stop. (Approximately £1.10p, 7 minute journey).
By air:
From Bournemouth Airport there is a bus service or taxies available on site (we have a company who offer £10 each way service please ask us for information) From Southampton trains run frequently to Bournemouth travel interchange.
By car:
From M25 junction 13 onto M3 Southbound. From M3 take junction 12 onto M27 Westbound to Bournemouth. Road becomes A31. Left off this road onto A338 Bournemouth. Near Bournemouth follow signs for football traffic (Kings Park) as you come off this turning you will turn right at the small roundabout. At the Queens park pub turn left at these lights. At the bottom of this road(ashley road) turn right at the roundabout (sovereign shopping centre on your left) Turn left at roundabout follow road round and turn left at the lights into St Johns Road. Rosscourt is 2nd on the left.
