CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations must be cancelled 2 days in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged.

The hotel requires all reservations to be accompanied with the credit card given at the point of booking. The hotel accepts cash payments on arrival but only with credit card identification of the person staying. This is without exception.

From the M62 and other approach roads follow brown signs for albert dock and the hotel is located next to queens dock (Just down the road from the Albert Dock)
