CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations must be cancelled 7 days in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged.

COMMENTS: While we accept payment at point of arrival, we do not secure bookings on Visa Electron cards. Children over 12 years old sharing with 2 adults attract a 25% discount. Directions/Transport
By Road:
Take the a338 (Wessex Way) to Bournemouth. Ignore all turn-offs to the town until a roundabout signposted Poole (straight ahead) and B.I.C.and West Cliff and beaches (1st exit) Take this first exit left towards B.I.C.and West Cliff and beaches. Turn left at the next roundabout into Poole Road. Take the next turning right - this is West Hill Road. The Hedley Hotel is near the top of West Hill Road - on your left hand side.
Parking:
There is free off street parking in many of the surrounding roads as well as a number of car parks. The car park fees start from 50p, rising to 3.60 for a 24-hour stay.
NB: Taking the 24-hour ticket means you will not need to rush out before 8.00 AM to feed the meter!
By Train or Coach:
Regular services run direct to the Bournemouth Travel Interchange. West Hill Road is a short bus or taxi ride from the Interchange, taxis costing approximately 5 pounds - 6 pounds.
