When booking, please provide a time of arrival and a mobile telephone number. A minimum 2-night stay is required at weekends (either Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday). A minimum 3-night stay is required on all public holidays, including New Year.

There are no time restrictions, although guests returning late at night must keep noise to a minimum; respect must be given to other guests and neighbours.

The guest house is a clean, comfortable and reasonably priced bed and breakfast, with an excellent location in the English Lake District National Park, Windermere.

In about 3/4 km there is a Catholic Church on left.
This brings you to Lake Road.
