Hotel Policies
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made by 16:00, 2 days prior to arrival. For late cancellations and no-shows, one night's penalty will be charged from the guarantee card.
Guests checking out prior to confirmed departure date will incur a one night's accommodation early departure fee. To avoid charges please inform the front desk before 16:00, one day prior to your new departure date.

If you wish to pay by cash or do not have a debit/credit card, the payment must be made on arrival. Cheques must be guaranteed by a debit card and the amount of the cheque can not be higher than the amount shown on the card. Company cheques are only accepted with a prior payment authorisation from the company.
