Its good road and rail links make it an ideal base to visit Blackpool, the Fylde coast, or the beautiful Lake District. The bar has a fine selection of wines, spirits, and local beers. Its informal atmosphere makes it an ideal place for a relaxing drink. Whatever you require, we should be able to accommodate you in one of our 10 bedrooms. Directions/Transport

From the m6 leave the motorway at Junction 31 and travel towards Preston on the a59. At the top of the hill turn right at the roundabout (Hesketh Arms opposite). Continue along Blackpool Road (a583)(a5085) for approximately 4 miles. You will pass by the Lane Ends Pub on your right, carry straight on over a road bridge. You will see the Claremont Hotel on your right at the corner of St. Andrews Avenue. From M55 Leave the motorway at Junction 1 and travel towards Preston on the A6. Turn right on to Blackpool Road (A583)(A5085). Continue for approximatley 1.5 miles you will pass by The Lane Ends Pub on your right- carry straight on over a road bridge. You will see the Claremont Hotel on your right at the corner of St. Andrews Avenue.
