CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations must be cancelled 1 day in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged.

COMMENTS: Business users can confirm reservations by credit card or company fax. Leisure users can confirm with a £25.00 deposit (non-refundable)credit card or cheque. All reservations are confirmed in writing. An extra charge of £5.00 is made for children under 5 years of age, and a charge of £10.00 made for children over 5 years. No pets allowed.

Directions/Transport
Leave the m6 at Penrith- junction 40. Travel West along the a66 for 30 miles by-passing Keswick and Cockermouth. (Or from leaving Carlisle, travel along the a595 by-passing Cockermouth.) From the roundabout after Cockermouth, stay on the A66 in the direction of Workington for 1 mile. Take the first right off the A66 to Great Broughton. Cross the River Derwent and drive up the short steep hill straight ahead where the main road swings left. Turn right at the top of the hill to a warm welcome at Broughtan Craggs Hotel.
