Directions/Transport

Leave m6 Motorway at Junction 36 and take a590 for Barrow-in-Furness. After 3 miles a590 bares of to left. Follow for another 6 miles. At roundabout turn right still following a590.

At the top of long steep hill where the dual carriageway finishes at Lindale, take the next left hand turn for Cartmel (3 miles), at road end turn left and follow this road for a further two miles.

Look out for Hotel sign in field on right 1/2 mile before reaching the village. At end of lane turn right.
