CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations must be cancelled 7 days in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged.

COMMENTS: We are a 100% non smoking hotel, we do not accept large single sex parties without prior notice, please email for further information. Multiple room bookings (more then one room) may not be accepted for single night stays, please email first to check before booking.

Directions/Transport
By Car: follow signs to South Bay and Spa Conference Centre, when you come onto Valley Road we are 100 yards on the left hand side. From Train Station: Turn right at traffic lights and walk over Valley Bridge then turn left at the end of the bridge then left again at the bottom of the hill, walk back underneath Valley Bridge and we are 200 yards on the right.
