CANCELLATION POLICY: Our Cancellation Period is 7 days before arrival date.
Any changes or cancellation before this date are non chargable.
Changes or cancellation less than 7 days and more than 24 hours before arrival, will incure a charge of 30% of reservation charge (minimum 1 night charge).
Cancellations of less than 24 hours before arrival or No shows will be charged at 100% of reservation value.
COMMENTS: Please advise us of your estimated arrival time.
A credit card is required as a guarantee. If the booking is not cancelled outside of the cancellation notice period, your credit card will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.
We have a non smoking policy in our B&B.
